You have LOTS of self-improvement stuff you're doing...cleaning, watching what you eat and how you dress, etc. That's great, but you must have really had a "come to Jesus" awakening. Don't change too much and prioritize and don't come down on yourself too much. Obviously you're feeling better. MD, Paria, and MD love you like you ARE.
