I didn't want to go to strike today...I blogged Jay should grow some balls yesterday...How do you recover from that? So I went later than I usually do...I didn't want to see Joe M. or Peter(Jay's writers) or Jay...I wasn't sure if I would get fired from a strike.(That would qualify as Black History)

Most of the people wave and honk...but some( a few everyday) yell" Go back to work"or "Get a Job"...and people flick us the bird finger... But you just wave and smile anyways...It was Joesph D. Birthday!(Head Writer of the show "Saving Grace" His wife Beverly brought a cake...Saving Grace...not saving calories ( Joesph D. said that this is where he needed to spend his Birthday...can't let his team down)Wade from Saving Grace...and his little dog too. Someone made Egg sandwiches...Maurice didn't care for that...
But he loved the cake...I was getting ready to cross the street to leave..and here come Joe M. (Jay's Head Writer)walking my way.
GloZell==(come one light change before Joe gets down here! PLEASE! I was mashing the button over and over)

Joe== Hi GloZell.
GloZell==(Go on say it...I'm stupid... I know...I got Jay in trouble...I look bad... I can't strike anymore...Jay Hates me...NBC is suing me... Can't go to the show again in life WHAT!...just say it)

Joe== Thank you for coming out and striking everyday...we appreciate it.

GloZell==(???) Thank you for having me? ( I...guess Joe M. could see I was already down.. maybe he didn't read yesterday's blog...Or no one cares?...even if Joe M. is lying...I was so happy to hear that...it lifted my spirits...this strike has got to end soon)

Glo Vs. Jay

Last night I'm up watching "I love New York"(which was so good) "Salt-n-Pepa" and "Gotti's Way"...I just couldn't go to sleep...Finally tuned to TMZ...It wasn't good, same old same...then "We caught up with Jay Leno coming out of his Sunday performance"

GloZell(talking to the TV)==Jay don't talk...just go to the car..

Jay==Oh it's TMZ sure I will talk to you .
GloZell==DON"T JAY... WALK YOUR TO THE CAR! YMZ== Jay are you paying the writers?

Jay== Yes...I support the writers and we have been taking it week by week.

Jay covers the camera twice with his jacket...and once with this red gift bag..

Jay was a HOT Mess! Does he not have answers to this question?...I do understand that he was caught off guard because... who follows Jay...

To James Douglas Muir Leno(Jay Leno) 1st of all....I never told you I had a blog...never ever brought my blog up to you...so I was pleased that you knew about it...( I can only guess until it's confirmed )

2ND. If you don't want to talk to the strikers...don't come around! Joe M. has a phone! (if not he can buy one with his Christmas bonus)How stupid do I feel/look striking with YOUR writers who I thought YOU were for, and you look like and act like this strike is killing you. I have yet to see your flat behind walking in the sun for a month! So don't look depressed...one can only feel just so sorry for you Mr. Leno Sir.

3rd. Jay, if you want to do the show...do the show!...and deal with whatever comes...you can't be on both sides...people will understand it's your last year(you have a lot of dedicated fans)...you honored the strike for four weeks... but don't you DARE come around NBC looking all sad like someone kicked your cat...( you can kiss my sitting outside for over a year...like a fool, to see you in the cold, hot, smokey, rainy, and now striking, pimple on the right cheek, huge black behind) JUST SOME BLOG! ...This blog was dedicated to YOU and all the things that happen around the Tonight Show because of YOU JAY! So grow some balls and deal! You can come up with a time target like... give the strike till January then go back...or something, doughnut man.

Jay you are allowed to change your mind...like" I was hoping that this strike would end sooner..because of the layoffs of my staff, my dedication to my fans and emloyers, with this being my last year at T.S....I will not do a monologue but I will do the show"...or NOT... just pick. IF / when I or anyone see you at NBC ..Smile...Wave ...that keeps the people who ARE striking encourage.(Respect that) Strikers are doing what they feel is right...are you Jay? The strike is getting to everyone...it's a day by day thing. It might be over tomorrow...or next year.

I didn't want to wear the strike shirt today(ha ha Joe!)...and not wearing one didn't work...so...I Pimped My Strike Shirt!A few people who were in on the negotiations, came out to inform the strikers!"Were not going to take just anything"...They need to put something good on the table by the 15...We were interrupted by beautiful women passing out Tequila shaped like...I can't put my finger on it, but I have seen that shape somewhere before...Everyone loved the shape...(Bob and Hope)Ellen...(and Bob)Bob( who I guess love "Raiders of the Lost Ark") must really like Tequila...he let this young lady hold his sign... I must really look like I need to get some...Tequila because they gave me two... It's been on the news everyday that Jay gave Christmas Bonuses(That didn't amount to much) and that 80 people were fired from his show...

I think that makes Jay look bad...but Jay doesn't have to give out anything if he doesn't want to... Jay is to cheap to himself new clothes, what did they really expect?

How long do you keep people on staff when their is no show?...But there are more than 80 people who work on the Tonight Show...they just got rid of people they wanted to get rid of... Does anyone know anything about this?(Besides Joe)

Sean Taylor's funeral was today in Miami (NFL Football player who was murder in his home) His whole team attended the service.
Sean's Baby Momma is Andy Garcia's niece...so so sad... I'm from Orlando Florida...it was so sad that my sister wasn't at the funeral! It's only a few hours away...all those fine black men... in tailor suits...with good jobs...and medical... in one place!...she better not miss the next one...so sad.
